The Assessor Network has a number of requirements regarding paperwork.

When your assessr/s  is/are appointed, you will receive by e-mail an Advice of Assessment which will include your assessor/s name/s and contact details,  Advice on payment, evaluation forms and Assessors Preliminary Information (you will need one for each team)

A route tracing/ photocopy with coloured route marked/memory map, and note of *aim of expedition* should be sent at least 6 weeks before your expedition date  (this allows the assessor to check and advise any alterations)

Route plans, list of team members and ages, copy of Forestry Commission Permission ( where appropriate)  should be sent no later than 4 weeks before your expedition date (again this gives time for any changes needed).

Do make your assessor aware of any medical condition within the team.

Please make sure that at the beginning of the expedition, that ALL record books are signed with training and practice journeys, and that the participants have filled in the *participants comments* for their practice expedition.

It really would help the assessor if photo of participant in his/her book.
